If that sounds nice, then keep reading Why You're Here To serve as a senior leader, supporting the development of new business in your respective market To focus on developing business through key channels including Brokers and Project Managers To help Unispace grow brand awareness and partner with key project influencers from broker and project management channel To help drive partnership with key channel partners including CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, etc To serve as a brand ambassador and face of Unispace, helping to grow brand awareness in your respective market. To organize and participate in strategic networking opportunities, further connectivity to end-users, brokers, project managers and other key decision makers influencers. To lead early-stage pitch meetings, helping prospective clients to better understand Unispace methodology and value prop. To convert early-stage engagements to higher-impact and more strategic meetings with Senior stakeholders and C-Suite To build a healthy pipeline of projects with contribution towards the conversation of those projects into closed revenue. To bring creative ideas of how to develop new business in your market. What You're Responsible For Executing day-to-day business development activities in line with Key Performance Indicators set out by your manager. To develop a robust pipeline of new leads and to push those leads through the pipeline to a handover. To support your teammates on their project leads with strong intel and connectivity to brokers and project managers tied to projects. Identifying key stakeholders, decision makers and influencers tied to new projects and finding ways to get in front of these stakeholders, leading compelling pitches and delivering a strong narrative around the Unispace story value prop. Helping to grow Unispace network and presence in market, focusing on tenants, landlords, brokers, project managers and other relevant stakeholders. Maintaining rigor and discipline across utilization of Salesforce CRM. Collaborating with cross-functional team members that will be critical to success across customer journey. Supporting the development of fresh and innovative approaches to identify and attract target clients Collaborating with Global Business Development team to identify and drive cross regional opportunities with target clients How We'll Measure It: Handovers: new leads that are successfully validated, qualified and developed to a point of RFP inclusion/proposal submission. Sales Conversion: percentage of handovers that convert to closed-won sales. Activity-Based KPIs: regular tracking of Business Development activity, including weekly meetings, networking opportunities, new leads identified, etc Feedback from cross-functional internal partners Input of accurate timely information into CRM system Your experience & skills Experience in working for or with key channel partners such as broker or project management channels Strong connectivity to key influencers in your respective market within above channels Ability to excel in networking and deep relationship development Experience in a complex sale with long sales cycle Background desired in design, construction or general exposure to corporate real estate Excellent skills in delivering a strong and compelling pitch/story Excellent interpersonal and relationship-development skills Ability to manage a large pipeline of leads and to develop strategy to advance deals throughout pipeline You are an agile high-calibre business development professional with proven experience in successfully generating deals in the New York architectural, design, and construction market. Committed to client excellence, you will have strong local networks and the ability to win clients by pitching professionally and persuasively.
